***Special Note: Iron spells were formerly called Steel spells. Old posts may mention characters having steel magic; this should be read as them actually having iron magic.
Magic Type : Iron
Spells, Descriptions of
Main Spells:
The main spells can be used without much use of body's stamina or magic. Used Freely. Drains nearly no energy.
Bend: The caster moves, lifts, bends, flings, or does other basic motions with this powerful metal.
Death Spells:
Death spells are strictly forbidden outside of war. No matter the reason, if caught you will be sentenced to death. Drains all stamina and magic, leaving caster defenseless, unless very strong magic wielder. The only ones to use more then 3 of these spells in a row were Lucifer, Blade, Darius and the War Chief Captains. Rulers can cast 3 before left useless, and with mages present, 6. Some Rare cases of warriors being able to cast more then one exist, but they are rare, and a large bounty is on their heads. All of these spells use a HUGE amount of energy.
Blood Tear: The caster tears iron out of the victim's blood, leaving holes in vital organs and arteries. Extremely gruesome....
Seal: The caster pulls iron out of the ground and seals their victim in an iron box, gradually suffocating them.
Torture Box: The caster does what looks like a magic trick: they rig up a box with one open side, put the victim inside, and then slide steel knives inside. Except that the victim does not dissapear or escape unscathed... The victim does not die until the caster releases the spell
Healing Spells:
These spells are usually difficult to comprehend and use, and drain the amount of energy from the caster depending on how severely the victim was injured
Rebuild: Think Hephaestus. The caster creates a new body piece for their patient, sealing the wound and giving the patient a moving iron body part. Takes a large deal of energy. Sometimes coupled with amputation.
Fighting Spells:
Used in self defense or for any other fighting needs
Fling : Pretty simple, almost a cheap shot. The caster uses his opponent's iron weapons against them; he can make the iron weapons leap into the air and fly into their owners, or simply disarm them.
Mine: A difficult spell to master, the caster summons iron from underground to leap up suddenly, almost like an earthquake or an explosion. Drains little energy once you have it mastered, but anyone just learning the spell will drain themselves completely.
Pepper Missiles: The caster throws a million tiny pieces of iron. Extremely harmful to people or buildings. Takes a lot of energy to use.
Shield Spells:
These spells enable the caster to defend himself from injury or give him a chance to escape. Uses a quarter of your energy; usually drains caster the rest of the way if used for a long time.
Fortress: Casters who are any good at iron magic at all pride themselves on spontaneously erecting steel buildings.
Note to Readers: These spells’ descriptions, and spells, are just scratching the surface of Iron wielders’ power. There are many more unnamed spells, and the spells described so-far can be used in a completely different manner from the descriptions given. Just remember, all spells absorb energy, and eventually you will wear yourself out using any kind of spell. Never fully rely on magic, for it can let you down.
